We include this information at the outset to provide clarity and avoid unnecessary inconvenience for applicants.We are a team providing speciality care for patients with Crohns and Colitis and the infusion room offers a vital service to our patients by initiating and administering biologics and other therapeutic medication to transform the lives of patients. The post holder will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of all aspects of nursing care using a problem-solving approach to patients within the infusion suite. The post holder will be expected to carry out care without the need for direct supervision but will be supported by the senior IBD nurse.
