Clearly Education is an experienced Education Recruitment agency who are seeking

Qualified Nursery Practitioners

looking to build upon their experience working with children in various Nursery settings in the

Ingatestone, Essex

and surrounding areas.

This position is ideal for a those looking for flexible work, whether its to fit around childcare/school runs or around university work.

Requirements:

Qualified as a Level 2/3 Practitioner. Have relevant experience working in childcare in the last 3 years. Must have a clear understanding of safeguarding children, Prevent and FGM, or be willing to undergo relevant training prior to beginning work. The appointed candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS that is on the update service. Good transport links and be willing to travel to different local settings where necessary.

Responsibilities:

Keep children safe, ensuring their health and wellbeing needs are met. Develop and maintain positive relationships with school staff, parents and children. Represent Clearly Education when planning and delivering activities where applicable following the EYFS curriculum. Support and promote equality and diversity in different settings. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Implement qualities that inspire confidence in both children and colleagues. A genuine passion for childcare and commitment to children's development. Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the nursery and its children.
