Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an in-house conveyancing solicitor at SmoothSale. As a conveyancing solicitor you will report directly to the directors. This role is varied and no day will be the same. Primarily you will be responsible for:
Acting on behalf of our clients in situations where we are not the purchaser of the property
Promptly replying to enquiries and handling customer sales
Working closely with our sales administrators to ensure customers are kept up to date with progress on their sale
Managing inbound and outbound calls with customers
Assisting case handlers to deliver positive outcomes for clients
Maintaining accurate records within our CRM and diary system
Skills and qualifications
Solicitor of England and Wales with a current practising certificate issued by the SRA
Experience in a legal practice dealing with property transactions
Excellent telephone communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Able to work independently
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
IT proficient
