The Broadwick Live design and creative team believe in pushing boundaries through beauty and brand. The in-house team work collaboratively with the departments covering creative ideation, brand management and creation, graphic design, motion design, video content, copywriting, and journalism. The team is committed to inspiring through beautiful design and creativity.
What we're looking for:
We have the opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly skilled videographer to come and join our talented creative team. You'll be working alongside our Creative Director, Event Managers and external producers to create and action brilliant new content. You'll be a talented shooter, Editor and creative storyteller who can contribute creative ideas whilst taking responsibility for the entire process from conception to the shoot itself and finally post-production. You will need strong in event experience, Shooting in the live environment will need to be something you are passionate about.
We are a small internal team and you'll need to share our values and believe in our vision of the future of events and culture spaces.
We're looking for someone who is all over new trends and culturally aware. You will need to be passionate about music, events, art and youth culture.
We want someone who overdelivers and repeatedly impress us with their attitude, skills and output. We need someone who has very high standards and takes pride in what they do.
What you'll be responsible for:
Broadwick Live's video content; maintaining a high standard of content across all brands and venues.
Shooting, editing and publishing high quality promo videos, content pieces and short video teasers for and at our events.
Editing existing content from previous events and bespoke content for future events.
Assisting on creative thinking for concepts for video-based social media content, maintaining a steady flow of content.
Working onsite at events leading teams alongside external producers/freelancers and ensuring we are capturing the right content and staying on task.
Supporting the maintenance of post event data and ensuring it is filed and organised correctly to streamline workflow when producing promo material.
Adapting a range of creative styles across various brands whilst bringing new ideas to the table with a desire to evolve and stay ahead of our competitors at every opportunity.
Working as part of a team and being able to manage processes/workload to adhere to tight deadlines, whilst not compromising on quality.

Carrying out ad hoc duties when required to.
You'll need to have:
Proficiency in digital media software tools.
Strong working knowledge using Adobe Premiere Pro CC
An understanding of sound design.
A detailed understanding of what works on social media and an understanding of current trends in this area.
Experience with lighting and shooting on Mirrorless and other HD/4K cameras (In particular Sony products).
A team-player, equally able to work independently.
Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot under pressure.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Creative, independent, detail-minded approach to work.
A keen interest in music, space and culture is essential.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to travel across our venues.
Ability to work and adapt around tight deadlines and strong organisational skills.
Strong awareness of current culture, and emerging social media platforms.
Nice to have:
A relevant degree or other qualification in film/videography/video production would be beneficial but not essential.
An understanding of Adobe After Effects CC
