. You'll lead creative campaigns, shape brand identity, and bring to life the stories behind Bar 64, La Rueda, and The Rooftop. This is a hands-on role for a marketing all-rounder who's as comfortable planning digital strategy as they are directing a content shoot at a packed event. Purpose of the Role



The Marketing Manager will lead the strategic and creative development of the 64 Group brand -- encompassing

Bar 64

,

La Rueda

, and

The Rooftop

. This is a hands-on, multifaceted role responsible for driving visibility, increasing covers and footfall, managing campaigns, and ensuring consistent storytelling across all venues.

You will own the end-to-end marketing cycle -- from strategy and content creation to PR management, digital performance, and event promotion -- building 64 Group's reputation as one of South London's most dynamic hospitality brands.

Key Responsibilities



Brand & Strategy



Develop and deliver a clear, unified marketing strategy for 64 Group. Maintain consistent brand tone, identity, and messaging across all venues. Work with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals.

Digital & Content



Manage all digital channels -- website, social media, email, and paid advertising. Create and oversee high-quality, on-brand content (photo, video, written). Coordinate regular content shoots during events and key activations. Plan and manage the monthly content calendar and social campaigns.

PR & Communications



Build and maintain relationships with local and lifestyle media. Write and distribute press releases, event announcements, and brand stories. Support influencer and partnership collaborations that drive exposure.

Campaigns & Events



Plan, execute, and evaluate promotional campaigns and seasonal activations. Work closely with venue GMs and Events teams to maximise attendance and coverage. Drive visibility for new menus, entertainment programmes, and brand experiences.

Reporting & Performance



Track campaign results, engagement rates, and ROI across channels. Provide monthly marketing performance reports to David. Monitor competitors and emerging trends within the hospitality sector.

Skills & Experience



3+ years' experience in marketing within hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B brands. Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure campaigns end-to-end. Strong content creation skills (particularly social and short-form video). Confident copywriting and storytelling ability. Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills. Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Canva/Adobe, Google Ads, and CRM tools. Comfortable working flexibly around events, evenings, and activations.
