About Harveys Workwear
Harveys Workwear is a growing supplier of premium workwear across healthcare, hospitality, industrial, and corporate sectors. With multiple e-commerce websites launching soon, we're looking for a hands-on and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth.
This is a high-impact role suited to someone with strong experience in both B2B and e-commerce marketing. You'll have the opportunity to own the full marketing mix and eventually build and lead your own team.
What You'll Do
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, and more
Lead a 360-degree SEO strategy (technical, on-page, content, backlinks)
Oversee email marketing including newsletters, automated flows, and promotions
Manage social media accounts on Meta and LinkedIn (organic + paid)
Write or manage freelancers for blog posts and website content
Plan and execute marketing campaigns: product launches, seasonal sales, events
Collaborate closely with our in-house developer, head of sales, and company directors
Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROAS, engagement, and growth KPIs
What We're Looking For
3-5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B e-commerce environment
Confident in SEO, PPC, paid social, and campaign strategy
Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, SEMrush, etc.
Strong project management and communication skills
Self-starter comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Able to manage freelancers and handle multiple projects at once
Full-time availability to work on-site (not remote or hybrid)
