in-house mechanic
to join our workshop team as we expand.Role Overview
As our in-house mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and preparing vehicles for sale. This position suits someone with strong technical knowledge, pride in their work, and the ability to work independently in a dealership workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
Service and repair used vehicles to a high standard Mechanical and electrical diagnostics Pre-delivery inspections and road testing Identify faults and complete accurate repair work Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
Requirements
Minimum
5 years' experience
as a mechanic/vehicle technician Strong diagnostics and fault-finding ability Ability to work independently and efficiently Full UK driving licencePreferred (not essential):
MOT testing experience Experience working in a dealership or fast-paced workshop environment
