About the Role
We're looking for an experienced
Initiative Delivery Lead
to drive the execution of high-profile transformation initiatives. Working across Technology, Product, Finance, and Commercial teams, you'll play a central role in shaping and delivering change that directly supports business growth and strategic objectives.
You'll bring proven experience leading delivery in fast-paced environments and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and champion Agile/Lean principles.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional transformation initiatives, ensuring outcomes are aligned with business goals.
Applying a consistent, outcome-driven delivery methodology grounded in Lean and Agile frameworks
Working closely with teams across Transformation, Architecture, IT, Finance, Product, and Sales to drive alignment and momentum
Managing risks, dependencies, and change communication effectively to support transparency and progress
Acting as a key interface between senior stakeholders and delivery teams to maintain clarity and accountability throughout the initiative lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
You'll bring:
Experience (4+ years) in delivering transformation or strategic initiatives, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial services.
A strong grounding in Agile and Lean methodologies, with the ability to adapt delivery approaches to context and scale
Confidence in managing complex stakeholder environments with competing priorities
A proactive mindset -- identifying issues early, proposing solutions, and keeping delivery on track
Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in initiative, programme, or delivery leadership roles in financial services, fintech or payments.
Strong working knowledge of Agile/Lean frameworks and modern delivery methodologies
Demonstrated ability to influence across business and technical teams.
