About Us:

Based in Trafford Park, Manchester we injection mould components for the construction sector.

We're looking to add a setter to our team who can help us optimise our processes and make suggestions how to continuously improve the factory.

we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a factory transformation journey, and who wants to work in a small hands-on team where their voice will be heard.

Working alongside our Factory Manager, you'll:

- Monitor production processes and optimise machine cycle times

- Carry out tool change overs

- Do basic mechanical fault finding

- Use the forklift to transport material to our 19 presses

- Communicate shift priorities and numbers in handover documents

- Manage tidiness of our tooling racks and masterbatch areas

- Be on the lookout for equipment, software and process improvement opportunities at all times

- Follow onsite safety requirements, and help others

Requirements:

- Previous injection moulding experience essential

- "Slow down, to speed up" mindset

- Used to working with various moulding machines, robots, sprue pickers and granulators

- Good communication, and happy to collaborate with others

- Keen to get stuck in, and not afraid to make suggestions

We work a 3 shift pattern (6-2, 2-10, 10-6) Monday to Friday.
