Injection Moulding Technician/setter Supervisor

Job Description
We require an experienced injection moulder whom can oversee the factory, with a hands on approach.
You will use your knowledge between tool, material, ancillaries, press and process to successfully diagnose and solve problems.
Duties:
Review production processes on a frequent basis, ensuring that mould tools and ancillary equipment are running at optimal output. Perform troubleshooting, identify root cause and mitigation activities. Supporting the Manufacturing Moulding Team, highlighting opportunities for improvements in the existing processes, working environment and improvements in mould and machine efficiency. Ensure health and safety, industry regulations and validated processes are adhered to. Promote and encourage good housekeeping levels. Supervise the production team of 6
Ideal Candidate:
Knowledge of injection moulding tooling, processes, techniques (An advantage but not essential) A logical and methodical approach to their duties Good understanding electrical and plumbing processes Excellent communication & people skills Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills Physically fit
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
