Inside Practice Success Manager role




Our Accountancy and Practice team at Sage are constantly striving to make Sage the software of choice within the professional Accountancy world. With a focus on supporting accountants our Practice Success Managers play a pivotal role in nurturing trust with the ultimate aim of creating advocacy for Sage's products and services. Taking a consultative approach based on the accountant's needs and aspirations you will help drive engagement and advocacy. What's in it for you? This is a hybrid role 3 days in office 2 days home office (Newcastle)







Summary of your day-to-day?




You will continuously nurture strong relationships across for our accountants and implement a robust customer success model across our base using campaign led portfolio management. By gaining an understanding of your client's pain points you will be able to deliver responsive solutions and support and more importantly add value!! Hosting webinars and demo's to demonstrate our products and services will help support the engagement between Sage and our customers and show you as a true expert within the field. Minimum qualifications / experience Experience in an account management or sales position. Stakeholder management Problem Solver Proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce would be ideal) A good understanding of working in a SaaS or similar environment. Ability to manage time effectively


Key Responsibilities

- Delivery of 100% of revenue targets


- Delivery of NPS measures, demonstrating high levels of customer satisfaction.


- Achieve call and contact productivity measures as directed


- Effective pipeline management, completed within agreed timescales


- Accurate sales forecasting, within +/- 5%


- Ability to accurately price sales


- Ensuring competent lead flow management, recording accurately and within timed SLA's on different CRM systems.


- Maintain discounts within the agreed thresholds in line with the agreed discounting process


- Demonstrate high levels of Controls to improve the Accountants/Clients Customer Journey and minimum credits/amendments to contracts.
