Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will engage with dental professionals and both existing and prospective customers, manage sales pipelines, and foster strong relationships to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities:

Conduct B2B sales outreach to prospective clients, identify their needs, and present suitable solutions. Manage and update customer information in Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inbound inquiries to convert prospects into customers. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions. Collaborate with the wider sales team to develop strategies for achieving targets and expanding market share. Document all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status within CRM systems for reporting purposes. Assist in organising product demonstrations, and virtual meetings as required.

Skills:

Proven experience in B2B sales and telemarketing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for efficient customer relationship management. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and understand their business needs. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
