About the Role
We are seeking experienced English-speaking Sales Representatives to join our international team on a long-term project in the hospitality and travel industry.
The role combines inbound sales support with proactive outreach to new customers, focusing on:
Upselling and cross-selling travel and holiday packages to existing clients
Conducting cold calls to attract new customers and expand market reach
This is a remote freelance position, ideal for professionals who thrive in performance-driven environments, enjoy building customer relationships, and have the confidence to generate and close new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound customer calls with professionalism and service excellence
Upsell, cross-sell, and create new sales opportunities from inquiries
Conduct outbound calls for new customer acquisition and lead generation
Convert sales opportunities into confirmed bookings while fostering loyalty
Keep accurate reporting across multiple systems
Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Candidate Profile
Fluent-level English (C2) with excellent grammar and communication skills
2+ years of sales experience (inbound and/or outbound), preferably in travel, hospitality, or call centers
Proven ability in cold calling, upselling, or customer acquisition
Strong multitasking and reporting skills
Availability to work at least two weekends per month
Work Schedule
2 positions: 12:00 am 9:00 am EST
3 positions: 3:00 pm 12:00 am EST
Technical Requirements
Stable broadband internet (LAN connection required)
Desktop/laptop (Windows 11+ or macOS 13+)
Minimum specs: 1.8GHz+ processor, 8GB RAM, 10GB free disk space
Wired USB headset
