Summary:





We are seeking an experienced Insights Client Success Executive to join our commercial team at dunnhumby. This role involves becoming a trusted partner to key clients, helping to define and deliver on their strategic needs by leveraging customer data. You will have the unique opportunity to drive change and growth for our clients, contributing to the overall success of the dunnhumby business.


Responsibilities:




Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing client stakeholders, establishing trust and acting as a true partner. Translate customer data into insightful, actionable recommendations for client growth. Communicate effectively and impactfully with clients to ensure their strategic needs are met. Adopt a consultative approach to selling by identifying client needs and proposing appropriate solutions. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, including solutions and media managers, to deliver on client projects.

Required Skills:




Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject. Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction. Experience in building and maintaining client relationships. Consultative sales approach with the ability to identify client needs. Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
