Maritime Client Success Executive

Due to the rapid growth of our maritime division, we are looking to expand our client servicing team in London. The team is responsible for providing exceptional services to our global maritime partners, through different partnership models. The role is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a small but exciting team, and gain a greater understanding of FX, payments, compliance, technology as well as the maritime industry and how it operates.

The Role





You will be responsible for dealing with live requests from Ebury's maritime partners which include payment queries, deal executions, login and access requests as well as payment screening requests.

In addition to the above you will develop strong relationships with internal departments, in order to resolve partner queries in an efficient and timely manner, providing you with a range of experience of Ebury's different departments and how they operate.

Responsibilities




Service a portfolio of partners and their clients through a range of different products, including APIs, FX and international payments. Execution of FX trades with multiple liquidity providers, using various different trading platforms. Handle a high volume of incoming requests via phone and email tickets from the partner. Gain an in-depth understanding of the processes within all departments includingscreening, operations, reconciliation, compliance, treasury and tech Build and maintain strong relationships with both our partners and our internal departments. Assist partners in growing their existing businesses through your Ebury product knowledge

Experience





Fluent in English Degree level education preferred Strong mathematical/analytical/legal background Strong interpersonal skills Previous customer service experience would be advantageous Minimum of one year experience in finance or maritime industry in either a sales, compliance or middle office role (desired).
