The Role



As an Insolvency Executive, you will manage a portfolio of clients and help them navigate complex financial challenges with clarity and care. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing both corporate and personal insolvency cases Identifying and mitigating personal exposure before and during liquidation or bankruptcy Implementing commercial strategies for debt resolution Reviewing contracts, personal guarantees, and loan agreements Providing restructuring advice and support pre- and post-insolvency Handling complex cases across a range of industries Liaising with clients, creditors, banks, insolvency practitioners, and legal professionals Adapting to changes in legislation and creditor expectations Ensuring client needs are met with professionalism and discretion

What We're Looking For



Essential:



Experience in corporate insolvency Commercially minded with sound judgement Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using CRM systems and other IT tools Excellent telephone manner Willingness to liaise with a range of external stakeholders, including solicitors and creditors Committed to providing high standards of client care

Desirable:



Degree-educated (or equivalent experience) Background in a legal or credit control environment Experience managing a client portfolio Interest in developing technical knowledge around insolvency and debt solutions
