You will be responsible for scheduling & coordinating insulation & heating installation works across multiple teams across the UK. This role ensures all installations are planned efficiently, meet ECO compliance standards & deliver a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Plan & schedule daily installation works for multiple insulation teams
Communicate with customers to confirm appointments & job readiness
Manage updates & progress using the company's system
Handle job changes, cancellations & reschedules efficiently
Your Skills & Experience
Must have previous experience in planning, scheduling or coordination
Experience in renewables; insulations; or ECO schemes (desirable)
Knowledge of ECO4, PAS 2030/2035 & TrustMark compliance (desirable)
You must be super organised & comfortable multitasking
Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams
Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
Must be calm & able to manage tasks in a fast-paced team
