Installations Administrator

to join our head office.

What You'll Be Doing:

Acting as the key point of contact between customers and our installation teams. Coordinating installation schedules and managing appointments. Handling inbound and outbound customer communications via phone and email. Maintaining and updating records using Microsoft Excel and Word. Ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in an administrative role. Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word. A professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills. Strong written English and attention to detail. A proactive attitude and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
