We're now expanding our team. Could you be our Installation Administrator?
You will be part of a large, hardworking and friendly team. The role will include various administration duties, supporting contract supervisors and liaising with our customers and clients to ensure smooth operation of work streams. The role will be office based, with working hours Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 16.45pm and Friday 8.00am to 16.30pm.
You will play an active role as part of the Installation team, ensuring that all deliverables are met.
We need you to ideally possess the following essential skills:
Excellent communication skills
Experience of planning procedures
Good organisation and administrative skills
A keen eye for detail
Responsibilities
Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
Utilize computerised systems and software to manage office functions
Maintain office efficiency by organizing office operations and procedures
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via telephone or email
Manage schedules and appointments
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Any other ad hoc duties as/when required
Email management -Responding to customer and internal enquiries efficiently
Order Processing - Inputting customer orders into our bespoke system.
Customer Management - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Engineer Coordination - Updating and maintaining engineer schedules.
Compliance - Checking documents and certificates are received and processed.
