W Munro (Rehab) Ltd is a leading provider of rehabilitation equipment and services, dedicated to improving the lives of our clients. With a reputation for excellent customer service and technical expertise, we are looking for a motivated Installation Assistant to join our team.
Role Overview:
As an Installation Assistant, you will support the Installation Engineers in delivering, installing, and maintaining rehabilitation equipment across Scotland. This role offers hands-on experience, regular travel, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that directly benefits others.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the delivery and installation of rehabilitation equipment at client sites.
Support site assessments and ensure equipment is installed to high standards.
Work collaboratively with engineers to resolve technical challenges.
Provide excellent customer service and assist with basic client training on equipment use.
Adhere to all health and safety protocols.
Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate records of work completed.
Requirements:
A practical mindset and willingness to learn.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A full UK driving license is preferred but not essential.
Flexibility to travel across Scotland, including overnight stays when required.
Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme or willingness to obtain this before starting the role.
