This is a very busy department and the ideal applicant will live locally, must have
excellent
computer skills ,
a polite and competent telephone manner as well as to be able to work under pressure.
Working Mon- Friday in our Bathgate office full time , (no weekends), this is an excellent opportunity to join an already very successful team.
Summary
As an Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation process, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Reporting to the Installations Manager, you will utilize your core skills in sales administration and communication to liaise with clients and coordinate schedules. Qualifications
Strong sales administration and administrative experience
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM software
Solid computer skills and computer literacy
Effective time management and customer service abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
Fluent in English with strong IT skills
Responsibilities
Coordinate installation schedules and communicate with clients to ensure timely service delivery.
Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Prepare and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel to track installation progress.
Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings.
Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Collaborate with team members to optimize installation processes and improve efficiency.
