Key Responsibilities
Work directly with the Company Director to plan and oversee all ongoing projects.
Coordinate communication between
surveyors, contractors, suppliers, and customers
.
Monitor project progress, costs, and deadlines, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain high standards of
customer service
, keeping clients informed throughout the process.
Ensure all staff are well managed, supported, and productive on-site.
Handle scheduling, logistics, and problem-solving to avoid project delays.
Conduct quality checks and ensure all works meet company and industry standards.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates for management.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Requirements
Proven
experience in construction, property improvement, or building management
.
Strong
organisational and time-management skills
.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Professional demeanour with a focus on delivering top-tier customer service.
Ability to manage teams effectively and maintain a positive work environment.
Basic computer skills for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
A valid UK driving licence (preferred).
