products and exceptional service to residential and commercial clients. We are now looking

to recruit a reliable and organised Installation & Service Manager to lead our on-site

operations and manage service call requirements.

Job Summary

Role Summary

The Installation & Service Manager will oversee all aspects of installation projects and

aftercare service visits. You will be responsible for managing installation teams,

coordinating transport and logistics, ensuring quality standards, and responding effectively

to service and remedial work. This role is vital in maintaining our reputation for

professionalism and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

? Manage and coordinate daily installation schedules and logistics, including transport

and equipment.

? Supervise installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget,

and to high standards.

? Handle all service call bookings and ensure prompt resolution of remedial work or

customer concerns.

? Liaise with factory, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and

communication.

? Ensure health & safety compliance on all job sites.

? Order required materials, tools, or hire equipment as needed for installations and

service jobs.

? Conduct quality inspections and provide hands-on support when necessary.

? Maintain records of installations, service visits, and follow-up actions.

? Provide training and guidance to installers and junior staff.

? Undertaking service call work where possible or required.

Qualifications

Key Skills & Experience

? Previous experience in managing installation teams, Essential within the glazing,

construction, or fenestration industry.

? Strong leadership and organisational skills.

? Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to service issues.

? Knowledge of aluminium door/window systems and installation practices.

? Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

? Full UK driving licence (essential).

? Good IT and reporting skills (CRM use is essential).

Pay: 24,420.00-75,120.30 per year
