Keytec Installation Services is part of the Genuit Group and dedicated to the delivery of quality products and services to the construction and civil engineering industry. We have a wealth of relevant technical knowledge and experience of developing and installing geomembranes, gas protection products and stormwater management systems.
The Installation Supervisor will lead a team of installers to install specified systems as designed on sites throughout the U.K.
Working Hours:
8am-5pm unless authorized otherwise.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include :
Day to day management of the team
First point of contact for the site Manager
Ensure products are installed to the required specification.
Ensure tools and equipment are correct, clean and in good working order.
Ensure required raw materials are available.
Ensure tidiness and safety of work area.
Operate machinery/tools associated with the installation safely and efficiently.
Ensure that products are stored safely and tidily and in the correct manner.
Report any issues, shortages or excess stocks and any damaged stocks to the Contracts Manager .
Ensure all team members comply with health and safety practices, and wear the appropriate protective equipment at all times
Ensure work techniques are correct and safe
Ensure all documents and sign off sheets are completed correctly and on time
Ensure all mandatory training is complete and up to date
Carry out any other duties as directed by the Contracts Manager
Responsible for product installation; all site changes require Contracts Manager approval.
Confirm site readiness before attending; report issues immediately.
Follow health, safety, and client standards with high-quality workmanship.
Maintain van stock and report absences per policy.
Communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and provide regular updates.
Document all work with photos and sign-off sheets.
Report any out-of-scope tasks or concerns promptly.

SSSTS Card - essential
Full Driving Licence - essential
Previous experience as an installer - essential
Team player & excellent communicator.
