As our installations division continues to grow, we are looking for an Installation Working Supervisor to help guide, support, and develop our installation teams.
Role Overview
The Installation Working Supervisor will split their time between hands-on installation of garden rooms across the uk, and supervisory responsibilities. This role will involve supporting our installation teams across the UK, carrying out site visits, providing training, ensuring quality standards, and engaging with customers as needed. It's an ideal role for someone who combines strong installation skills with leadership, organisation, and the ability to deliver a first-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Work hands-on installing garden rooms with the team when required.
Supervise and support installation teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Noah Garden Rooms' quality standards.
Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, assess quality, and provide training or guidance where needed.
Conduct customer visits to address queries, provide reassurance, or resolve issues.
Attend and complete remedial visits, ensuring all aftercare work meets expected standards.
Review installation processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure installation teams adhere to health & safety regulations and company procedures.
Complete basic administrative duties including reports, visit notes, and communication with the operations office.
Represent Noah Garden Rooms professionally when dealing with customers and external partners.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in installing garden rooms, modular buildings, or similar construction/fit-out work.
Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is highly desirable.
Strong practical skills across carpentry, joinery, groundwork, or general construction.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and support teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
Confident dealing directly with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Good understanding of health & safety standards on-site.
