Cannon Fire & Security is a leading provider of electronic Fire & Security systems operating in the Southwest for over 30 years. With over 8000 clients our support team deal with around 800 calls per week arranging site visits and surveys, offering technical support, and dealing with general account queries. We currently have 18 engineers carrying out circa 300 engineer appointments per week.
We have a full-time position available for a bright, enthusiastic & dedicated Installation Co-ordinator. You should have very good organizational and time management skills and get job satisfaction from following process and completing tasks.
You should enjoy working in a sometimes high pressure environment. Experience working within a technical service industry, managing field-based engineers/operatives with an emphasis on regulation compliance preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

Completing CRM package accounts to meet compliance targets
. Call handling & client support
Management of your own administrative duties
Duties: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Organising and scheduling the installation engineer's diary. - Processing Installtion engineers completed jobs. - Quoting for and organising remedial works. - Resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service experience - Follow company guidelines and protocols for handling customer interactions
Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools - Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
