Evergreen Power UK Ltd are a leading Solar PV and insulation company based in South Croydon, with Installations taking place all Nationally.
Due to unprecedented demand for renewable energy products our Solar PV division is looking to recruit an Installations Manager.
Installations Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
Previous experience running an installations department dealing with crews ,trades people and customers will be essential to applying for this role. The successful applicant must demonstrate excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple diaries. Display excellent interpersonal skills; communicates clearly, confidently & effectively with customers, suppliers & colleagues.
Duties
Manage and Schedule the Installation Program - keeping both clients and the installation teams informed of the program.
Creating , managing, implementing the installations diary
Creating, Issuing job sheets to installers
Putting in place everything in advance that is required to execute the installs
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Recruiting installers as necessary liaising with crew chiefs on staff availability
Coordinate with Sales departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, for fast seamless installations.
Prepare reports on operational performance for senior management review.
Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.
Skills
Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate others.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of industry best practices in operations management is advantageous.
You will promptly respond to and follow up incoming telephone calls and emails in a positive and professional manner. Liaising with installation teams, customers and suppliers, progressing orders, resolving queries and day to day organisation of the installers. Constantly updating the system with data received from our customers and sales team, checking and processing orders, invoicing and all associated administration.
You must have an eye for detail ,be able to issue job sheets and liaise with fitting teams all over the country so a good understanding of post codes and national distribution is very beneficial.
