Installations Supervisor - ECO 4

Outlook Energy Solutions Ltd. are a fast-growing company based in Liverpool. We specialise in working with local authorities and national funding bodies to deliver energy-efficient home upgrades for those who need them most. Due to substantial growth over the last 12 months, we now require an Installations Supervisor to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

Previous experience in the sector is not essential for this role, however we are seeking an individual with experience/ knowledge of the trades associated with ECO 4.

Role details

As the Installations Supervisor, you will support the successful delivery of ECO 4 projects, ensuring compliance to industry standards and regulatory requirements. You will co-ordinate with various stakeholders and maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Support the Installations Manager in the planning, preparation and execution of all installations. Calculate and order supplies for delivery at installation location Work with contractors to ensure the efficient completion of each installation to the required quality standards. Continuously Monitor the quality of work carried out and address any issues that arise. Address customer enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience throughout the installation process.

Required skills

Previous experience of ECO 4 or experience within social and domestic housing contracts.

Strong people and operational management experience

Confident communicating with contractors & customers.

Excellent IT skills.

Ability to work at pace, to strict deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to Prioritise and multitask.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 45,000.00 per year
