Installer - Assistive Living Equipment (Hoists, Through Floor Lifts, Stairlifts, Ramps & More)

Candor Care

is growing, and we're looking for a skilled (or keen-to-train) Installer to join our friendly, client-focused team. You'll install and commission equipment that helps people live safely and independently at home, including:

Overhead hoist systems (ceiling track hoists) Modular ramps Through-floor lifts Stairlifts Changing benches Hi-low sinks

What you'll do

Install, commission and test new equipment to manufacturer standards Diagnose and fix faults; carry out routine servicing from time to time Work neatly in customers' homes and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues Keep accurate job notes on service software Take part in the on-call rota for out-of-hours technical support (shared fairly across the team, maximum of 10 weeks per year, reducing with time) Uphold our high safety and customer-service standards at all times

About you

Experienced installer/engineer in one or more of the products above

(multi-skilled preferred)

Or an improver with strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and the

desire to train

across product lines Full UK driving licence Excellent communicator, tidy worker and true team player Safety-conscious, reliable, and respectful in customers' homes

Training & support

In-house training and manufacturer training provided Ongoing development to become multi-skilled across our full product range

Pay & benefits

Salary: DOE

We're based in Coalville, Leicestershire, but cover an expansive area across the East & West Midlands and beyond.
