EcoShrink is a growing specialist installation business working on industrial and construction projects across the UK. We're looking for a

reliable, hands-on installer

to join the team on a

permanent PAYE basis

, working alongside an experienced lead installer.

This is a long-term role for someone who wants stability, variety, and progression -

not agency work or zero-hours contracts.

The role

Assisting with

shrink-wrap installations

on site Hands-on, physical work in outdoor environments Working safely at height (training provided if required) Loading/unloading materials and equipment Representing EcoShrink professionally on site
Full training provided.

Working hours

30 hours per week on average

, calculated over a

12-week period

Weekly hours vary depending on workload and weather Busy periods may involve longer weeks Quieter periods may have lighter weeks Average hours maintained over time

About you

Reliable, practical, and physically capable Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons Previous site / construction / installation experience preferred Good attitude and willingness to learn Full UK Driving License essential
