About the role
In this key role, you'll:
Proactively source and attract candidates for a wide range of vacancies across the organisation
Build excellent relationships with applicants and hiring managers
Coordinate the entire recruitment journey - from advertising and interviews to offer letters and onboarding
Manage safer recruitment procedures, including right to work checks
Work closely with our Recruitment Assistant to handle recruitment admin
Organise and help deliver our bespoke employee induction programme
Schedule new starter check-ins to ensure a smooth transition into the team
You'll also attend job fairs, open days and careers events - so you'll need to enjoy getting out there and telling people why InFocus is a great place to work.
About you
You'll bring:
Previous experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
Excellent communication and people skills - in person, on the phone and via email
Confidence in managing multiple tasks and deadlines
A warm, approachable and professional manner
Great attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
Experience of coordinating or contributing to onboarding and induction (desirable)
This could be the perfect step for someone currently in an agency role looking to move into an internal, values-led organisation - or someone who's already working in-house and wants to develop their skills further.
Working pattern
30 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Some flexibility available on how hours are spread across the week
