Installer Training & Engagement Manager

Location:

Telford / Remote

Hours:

Full-time, Permanent, 39 hours per week

Schedule:

Mon-Thurs: 8.30am-5.00pm; Fri: 8.30am-4.00pm

Salary:

About the Role

We are seeking three forward-thinking and results-driven Installer Training & Engagement Managers to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will:

Develop and maintain training resources for installers. Create and present user help and training video content. Organise and deliver training sessions to installers, customers, and internal teams. Engage with installers and customers to promote Sync Energy and Circuit Protection products. Support sales teams in customer meetings with technical expertise. Produce and deliver CPD (Continuing Professional Development) content for wholesalers and installers. Provide on-site support for unique or complex situations. Contribute to product launches, nationwide coverage, and industry recognition.

What We're Looking For

Knowledge of home energy products, EV charging, and circuit protection. Practical, hands-on experience with relevant products. Strong presentation and training skills. Electrical installation experience (preferred). Understanding of CPD requirements for installers and wholesalers. Familiarity with HEMS (Home Energy Management Systems), EV charging, and circuit protection. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to create engaging training materials, including video content.

Bonus Points For:

Recognised qualification in Electrical Installation, Engineering, or a related field (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent). Recognised Training qualification (desirable). Willingness and ability to travel nationwide and provide on-site support as needed.
