Salary Information



Pay is based on the skills you demonstrate for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.



About You



Undertakes instalment control activities, in accordance with the defined processes, to ensure prompt premium payment and to achieve agreed KPIs. Ensure instalment process and operational activities are adhered to within regulatory requirements. Handle internal and external customer queries in an efficient and professional manner. Builds effective relationships with both internal and external customers. Support effective and efficient collaboration between offshore and onshore teams. Ensure policy and procedures, workflow for assigned areas of responsibility, as well as archived records to satisfy audit and statutory requirements are maintained. Accurately complete and maintain manual reports using Excel. Provide Ad-hoc information that is required by the business in an ever changing environment Communicate effectively and promptly with Team& Team Leader to raise issues/concerns promptly with systems or processes and provide creative solutions to overcome challenges and minimize downtime.

Essential Skills



Driven and solution oriented problem solver with high standards, attention to detail, an inquiring mind and eager to learn. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to interact professionally with internal and external clients Ability to multi-task, prioritize your time and work independently. Positive team player who enjoys a challenge A minimum of Level 6 in GCSE Maths and English Language, or equivalent

Desirable Skills



A-levels in the following subjects would be advantageous: Maths/ Business Studies/ Economics/ Computer Science/ Accounting.
