A vacancy has arisen for an In-Store Representative to help and support our unique, new, convenience store in MediaCityUK.

As an In-Store Representative for In:Five, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assistance within our automated convenience store. You will interact with customers, guide them through the store layout, help them navigate the app and collection process, and ensure they have a positive and enjoyable shopping experience.
In-Store Customer Service Representative
Customer Assistance:
Greet customers as they enter the store, offer assistance, and answer any queries they may have regarding product selection, store layout, and automated processes. Assisting customers with order pick up and ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
Store Maintenance:
Monitor the store's cleanliness and organisation, and any spills or messes are promptly cleaned to maintain a pleasant shopping environment.
Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support to customers experiencing difficulties with self-checkout kiosks, payment systems, or any other automated store processes. Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the store's inventory, including product features, benefits, and pricing. Assist customers in locating specific products and offer recommendations based on their preferences.
Customer Feedback:
Actively listen to customer feedback, suggestions, and concerns, and communicate these insights to the management team for continuous improvement of our automated convenience store services.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with fellow In-Store Representatives, store management, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations and optimal customer service. Raising support tickets to enable efficient tracking and resolution of customer requests.
Complaints Handling:
Investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, then closing support tickets

Service Status:
Monitoring and checking product or service availability, providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
In-Store Support:
Assisting customers with order pick up and ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
Marketing Support:
Identify & Collaborate with local businesses to promote the In:Five store. Assist in the distribution and allocation of online & offline marketing materials
In-Store Customer Service Representative Qualifications and Skills:
5 GCSE's or equivalent.
Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service role is preferred but not essential.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. Knowledge of Gnatta, is a plus
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain SOPs.
Strong organisational and time management abilities
