We're seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to help shape, refine, and deliver impactful online learning experiences across our university partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and improvement of online modules.
Consult and guide faculty, instructional designers, and virtual teaching assistants to enhance the use of technology in course delivery.
Take ownership of the White Label Content Library, ensuring resources remain up to date and high quality.
Support workshops, training, and the implementation of best-practice instructional design.
Collaborate across internal and external teams to ensure innovation and quality.
Essential Experience and Skills:
Minimum 2 years' experience in online or hybrid higher education.
Experience with Learning Management Systems and educational technologies.
Strong digital literacy (MS Office, multimedia, AI tools).
Knowledge of UK higher education standards, accessibility, and credit frameworks.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for developing engaging online content.
