Your Key Responsibilities:



Deliver engaging, interactive STEM lessons

that spark curiosity and creativity in primary school children

Develop thoughtful, age-appropriate lesson plans

that foster a love for STEM subjects while meeting educational standards

Provide personalised feedback

to help children grow in both confidence and skills, ensuring every student feels supported

Create an inclusive, nurturing learning environment

where each child feels seen, heard, and encouraged

Work collaboratively with fellow educators

What We're Looking For:



A genuine passion for working with young children, with a focus on

patience, empathy, and understanding

Experience in teaching or a background in STEM subjects is a plus but

not essential

- we're looking for enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students An ability to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners, ensuring every child's potential is unlocked Comfort with using technology to make STEM subjects exciting and accessible

Ability to commute/relocate to Manchester (reliable commuting or relocation plans preferred) Enhanced DBS certification (preferred but not mandatory)
