Head Office - Llansamlet, SA7 9HZ

Hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Monday & Tuesday:

9:10 AM - 5:40 PM

Wednesday:

9:45 AM - 7:00 PM

Thursday:

9:10 AM - 6:30 PM

Friday:

9:10 AM - 4:00 PM

Insulation Coordinator

, where you'll play a key role in supporting operations. You'll handle a variety of tasks to keep everything running smoothly, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. If you're highly organised, tech-savvy, and thrive under pressure, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Organise work schedules, meetings, and appointments to ensure seamless operations. Act as a key liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication and workflow. Maintain records, track performance metrics, and update databases. Manage emails, reports, and essential documentation. Oversee project timelines and resolve any operational bottlenecks. Use internal systems for data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting minor IT issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Identify and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency. Support colleagues and contribute to a high-performing team environment.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills. Strong team ethic and ability to collaborate effectively. High level of computer literacy. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Proactive, problem-solving mindset. Previous experience in a fast-paced coordination or administrative role.
