Main Job purpose:
Compliance
To act as the External Insulation Manager for the company - ensuring work planned to external operations teams efficiently and effectively.
Customer
Owning the customer journey and ensuring a 'right first time' attitude in everything you do.
Key Performance measures:
Leading the installation teams
Conducting site audits - pre/ mid and post installation
Controlling the skills and qualifications of the installation teams
Conducting performance reviews, training, toolbox talks and monitoring
Recruitment of new installers
Volumes of installations.
Quality of work.
Checking installation evidence.
Recalls and revisit.
Tech monitoring fails
Customer Service and feedback.
Upkeeping of important management information.
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
Lead the building services installation teams at RMS Energy
To communicate with customers detailing their work instructions
To work closely with the coordination team to ensure jobs correctly scoped for installation in a timely manner.
To record completed works and maintain accurate record of work carried out including measurements and calculations.
To work closely with the Planning Administrators to enable close coordination of the work
To data capture customer information in accordance with GDPR rules.
To ensure appropriate and timely completion of all paperwork, job/ time sheets and certification and its recording within established archive and filing systems.
To process data onto company forms to allow for performance measuring.
To maintain regular contact with your line manager and the internal operations team to obtain instructions and resolve working problems.
To ensure that any non-compliance issues are raised with your line manager.
Report any data breaches to a responsible manager.
To act at all times in accordance with the RMS Energy rules, policies, procedures and ethos.
To be able to demonstrate up to date knowledge of the RMS Energy products and services to assist with customer interaction.
To carry out, as and when required, any additional tasks and responsibilities as are reasonably compatible with this job description and its objectives.
To participate in the employee rota, providing on call cover if required.
General

Attributes Required
Driving license essential
Academic Qualifications
GCSE Mathematics and English grade C and above
Knowledge & Experience
In depth knowledge of building trades are essential
Experience working within the ECO funded sector is desired
Computer Skills
Basic Microsoft skills are required
Communication Skills
Good communication skills for effective relationship building with customers and staff.
Attitudes & Behaviour
Ability to undertake understand building/ insulation methodology to a consistently high standard and in a high-pressure environment
Ability to record accurately all works carried out
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Flexible approach to types of work required to undertake
Flexibility with working hours and the ability to participate in the on-call rota system

Pay: Up to 65,000.00 per year
