About the Company:

Our client is a leading provider of insulation services, specialising in the ECO4 scheme, and they are looking for an experienced Insulation Manager to join their team.

Job Overview:

The Insulation Manager will oversee all aspects of insulation projects, ensuring that installations are carried out efficiently, on time, and in compliance with relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of insulation technicians, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality and compliance standards. Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements to determine the necessary materials and resources. Order and coordinate the delivery of materials, ensuring that everything is on-site and ready for the team. Monitor project progress, ensuring that installations are completed on schedule and within budget. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies. Address any issues or challenges that arise on-site and ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing insulation projects, with a strong background in ECO4, IWI, and other insulation types. Familiarity with various insulation brands and materials. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret survey data and plan accordingly.
