Eastcott Veterinary Hospital and Referrals are recruiting for a part-time Insurance Administrator to join their team on a fixed-term contract. In this role you have the opportunity to work within a friendly and supportive team with flexible working hours.


This is a part-time role working 30h per week. Fixed-term contract for 1 year. Previous experience in veterinary is desirable. The role of Insurance Administrator is responsible for:

To accurately record and process payments and refunds from Clients and insurers To accurately process insurance claims within agreed timescales Liaise with insurers to ascertain outcomes for insurance claims. Investigate and resolve queries made by clients regarding invoices raised Various other admin tasks as may occasionally be requested by the Client Accounts Team Leader and to support the rest of the team
