We're a dynamic and fast-growing business in the Haulage industry, expanding due to sustained growth and increasing demand. We deal with a large number of vehicle-related claims and need someone who understands the intricacies of insurance processes--ideally from having worked within an insurer, broker, or accident management setting.

The Role



This is a newly created position offering the chance to shape and develop the role as the business continues to grow. You'll be central to managing and progressing insurance claims from our side--liaising with both insurers, loss adjusters, and internal teams to ensure swift and successful outcomes.

Responsibilities



Handle and coordinate insurance claims related to vehicle incidents

Act as a key liaison between our business and insurers/brokers

Ensure accurate documentation and communication throughout the claims process

Track claim progress and proactively chase updates

Support our finance and fleet teams with insurance-related queries

Help streamline our internal insurance procedures

About You



Previous experience in motor claims (ideally at an insurer, broker, or third-party

administrator)

Strong understanding of vehicle claims processes and terminology

Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Able to manage multiple tasks and keep claims moving forward efficiently

Looking to apply your insurance knowledge within a commercial business setting

Pay: 32,000.00-35,000.00 per year
