As an Insurance & Claims Officer at Hyde, you'll play a key role in managing insurance risks, handling claims, and overseeing legal disrepair actions. You'll ensure Hyde's insurance obligations are met efficiently and that we continue to provide a high-quality, customer-focused service to our residents.
Key Duties
Manage the procurement and renewal of insurance services in line with contract requirements.
Oversee insurance claims, liaising with insurers, loss adjusters, and contractors to ensure timely resolution.
Monitor the performance of insurance providers and brokers to maintain service excellence.
Lead and coordinate the management of legal disrepair claims, liaising with legal representatives and contractors to ensure compliance with Civil Procedure Rules.
Support the Head of Asset Management in contract management duties, performance monitoring, and budget management for insurance and disrepair activities.
