Insurance Disputes Lawyer
The Role
We are working with a nationally recognised law firm that is seeking to appoint a qualified lawyer into its Birmingham-based EL/PL team. The post holder who run a caseload of complex Multi Track matters, while also supporting senior colleagues on high-value catastrophic injury cases, particularly those arising from industrial accidents.
You'll work for a broad client base, including insurance companies, corporate clients and third-parties.
What you'll be doing

  • Managing your own caseload of EL/PL claims, including complex litigation.
  • Assisting senior colleagues on high-value catastrophic injury claims.
  • Advising clients across a broad range sectors.
  • Building strong client relationships.
  • Supporting junior team members where appropriate.
About you
  • At least 5 years' experience handling personal injury claims and litigation.
  • Proven ability to run your own caseload independently and manage litigation strategy.
  • Experience supporting senior fee earners on larger cases is desirable.
  • Knowledge of insurer client SLAs, reporting formats and MI preparation.
