A nationally recognised Insurance Fraud team is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Lawyer to join their Manchester office as a Senior Associate in a high-performing practice. This is a unique opportunity to step into a strategic and rewarding role, working on high-value, complex fraud litigation for some of the most well-known insurers in the industry.
As an Insurance Fraud Lawyer, you will:

• Lead on a caseload of complex, high-value fraudulent claims (motor, EL/PL, staged/contrived accidents, organised fraud rings).
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, contributing to team training and capability building.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with key insurer clients, providing technical and commercial advice.
• Actively contribute to business development efforts and help drive growth in the fraud practice.
• Engage in strategic litigation planning, advocacy, and trial preparation on technically challenging cases.

What we are looking for:

• 6+ PQE with significant experience in insurance fraud litigation (defendant or claimant).
• A strong track record of independently managing complex litigation files.
• Leadership experience and a collaborative, supportive approach to team development.
• Commercially astute with a strong client service mindset.
• A proactive thinker with a focus on innovation, results, and cost efficiency.
