Surveyor Contract Manager - TruBuild Group Ltd

Due to continuous growth, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with a can do attitude to join our growing team!

The role will compromise of the following duties,

-Packaging and sending Tenders, estimates and reports
-Organising and planning of upcoming / ongoing projects
-Attending surveys / meeting with customers and clients
-Liaising with directly employed trades and subcontractors
-Navigating and updating client portals / software
-Attending pre-start meetings and completion meetings
-Reconciliation of completed works
-Closure of projects
-Travelling to and from on going projects wherever they may be
-Speaking with clients / customers over email / telephone
-Networking

As a Surveyor Contract Manager the above items will be overseen by senior management offering training and support throughout the progression of the role.

This role will predominately be based around our insurance clients, knowledge of insurance claims processes would be an advantage.

We will provide a company vehicle that you can take home and drive to and from the place of works and also issue you with a company laptop/phone & uniform, if not meeting clients then casual clothing can be worn in the office.

Our requirements;

-Have an excellent understanding of IT
-Be able to communicate professionally at all times
-Have a great understanding of the construction industry and basic knowledge of building practices.
-Full drivers licence
-Be able to carry our various admin tasks and remain focused
