Job Description

etiCloud Limited are recruiting for an Integration Workflow Developer to join our LegalTech software implementations team.

The Integration Developer designs and delivers advanced workflow automations, integrations, and custom functionality that extend the solutions capability. This includes scripting, API development, and integration with third?party tools.

Key Responsibilities



Develop, test, and deploy custom workflows, scripts, and automation logic.

Use REST APIs and third?party platforms (Zapier, Power Automate, TOCA, Postman) to plug into existing services.

Extend the CMS's functionality using JavaScript?based tooling where appropriate.

Troubleshoot integration issues, optimise automation performance, and enhance reliability.

Work with Implementation Engineers to align workflows with system configuration.

Maintain technical documentation for integrations, scripts, and automations.

Contribute to solution architecture discussions for complex client environments.

Liaise with the client on project update, and requirement gathering calls and to ensure correct customisation of the solutions.

Provide post go live support to the client.

Skills & Experience Required



Strong experience with JavaScript and API?integration development.

Experience with legal CMS or workflow?driven systems is highly desirable.

Proficiency with automation platforms (Zapier, Power Automate, TOCA).

Understanding of REST API concepts, authentication, and testing tools (e.g., Postman).

Proficient in C#, Python, JavaScript, PHP or Python.

Ability to design scalable and maintainable workflow automations.

Strong debugging, analytical, and problem?solving skills.

Clear communication skills and comfortable client facing.
