Job Overview

We are seeking a fully qualified Counsellor or Psychotherapist to join our team in Banbury. We are a busy town centre location and have been established for over 15 years, providing high level care to clients in our community. This role also includes working with Children and Young People, which is a large percentage of our clients. We are looking for someone with flexibility to have a caseload fit with the needs of the business. We are open until 9pm monday to friday and until 1pm on saturday. The right candidate with have a flexible working pattern.

This position is for counsellors and Psychotherapist looking to work with children and adults.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with GDPR and company policy. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients. Provide crisis intervention when required, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients. Stay current with developments in the field of psychotherapy through continuous professional development.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and colleagues. Familiarity with IT systems for managing client records and bookings efficiently. CYP training. Strong organisational skills to manage caseload.
