Centre Director

.At INTO Lancaster, we help international students transition successfully into Lancaster University degree programmes. Our Centre provides a high-quality academic and student experience, supporting learners in developing the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

As Interim Centre Director, you will lead the INTO Lancaster International Study Centre, driving academic excellence, operational success, and outstanding student outcomes. You'll act as a key ambassador and trusted partner to Lancaster University, ensuring a collaborative and innovative approach to meeting shared goals.

This is an influential leadership role, balancing strategic vision with day-to-day delivery. You will lead a diverse team and be accountable for student satisfaction, academic quality, and business performance.

What You'll Do:

Provide leadership to Centre staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration Strengthen and deepen the partnership with Lancaster University, aligning goals and delivering shared success Drive student achievement, satisfaction, retention, and progression to university degrees Oversee academic delivery, curriculum development, and teaching quality Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and safeguarding requirements Manage financial performance and resource planning, optimising efficiency while maintaining quality Champion diversity, inclusion, and the wellbeing of international students
We're looking for a commercially astute senior leader experience in education, international student services, or a related field. You should be adept at leading teams and manage complex operations.

A student-centred mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding academic and personal outcomes is essential, along with the ability to manage partner and stakeholder relationships well.
