Centre Director - Be the Founding Leader of Our Brand-New 110-Place Busy Bees Nursery in Guernsey!

Location:

Guernsey. Busy Bees as Peter Port - Queens Road, Guernsey, GY1 1RH

Start Date:

Ahead of Grand Opening (Date TBC)

Contract:

Full-Time, Permanent

Salary:

50,000-55,000

3 Months Paid Accommodation + Full Relocation Support

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead the

successful opening and long-term operation

of the nursery Set a tone of

warmth, trust, and high standards

from day one Ensure compliance with

EYFS and Guernsey's local regulatory frameworks

Partner with parents, professionals, and the wider island community Inspire your team to

deliver best-in-class care, education, and support

Collaborate with senior leaders across Busy Bees UK to deliver excellence

You Bring

A

Level 3 Early Years qualification or above

Minimum 2 years' experience

managing or deputy managing a nursery setting A genuine passion for

building and leading teams

A strong knowledge of

EYFS

and commitment to

child-led learning

Ambition to create a

new centre culture from scratch

Leadership that balances

kindness, high expectations, and joy
