We're now looking for an
Interim E-commerce Manager
to lead, grow, and energise our online retail operation during a key period of opportunity and change. This is a hands-on, strategic role where commercial expertise meets purpose -- and where your work will directly support hospice care in Plymouth and beyond.
The opportunity
As Interim E-commerce Manager, you'll take the lead on our e-commerce channels, driving income growth while building a strong, future-ready operation. You'll manage and develop a dedicated team, optimise systems and platforms, and use data and insight to continually improve performance and supporter experience.

What you'll be doing
Leading growth & strategy
Shape and deliver an e-commerce strategy aligned with St Luke's wider income and digital goals
Identify new opportunities across online marketplaces, our website, and emerging platforms
Set and manage KPIs, budgets, and performance targets
Developing people
Lead and motivate our e-commerce team, creating an inclusive, high-performing culture
Coach and develop individuals, building confidence, capability, and accountability
Work collaboratively across retail, fundraising, marketing, IT, and operations
Driving digital & systems excellence
Make smart use of platforms, marketplaces, CRM, stock systems, automation, and analytics
Lead system improvements and integrations to increase efficiency and scalability
Ensure platforms are secure, compliant, and fit for the future
Trading, insight & experience
Oversee day-to-day online trading, from listings and pricing to fulfilment and customer care
Use data to test, learn, and optimise performance
Deliver excellent supporter and customer experiences at every digital touchpoint
